We are seeking a professional like you to provide leadership, direction, and focus for all technical development, capital investment management, and operational excellence improvements for Engineered Plastic Compounding in the manufacturing sites of North America while creating an engaged and safe work environment for our diverse employee base.

Formula for Success
With your educational background in an engineering discipline (preferably, chemical engineering) and your successful track record in leading manufacturing technology projects to improve operational effectiveness as measured by safety, asset utilization, quality and cost performance, we will rely upon you to drive the North American operations initiatives regarding engineered plastic compounding.
Your strong project management skills will be a valued asset as you manage capital project development, including proposed project technology, scope and justification, as well as serving as the manufacturing representative on large capital project teams.
As a trusted resource for technical/problem-solving expertise, you will successfully assure the success of debottlenecking, and asset effectiveness efforts.
You will partner with global and regional strategy and technology teams to develop and implement new technologies and products for the marketplace supporting the strategic vision of the business.
Successfully collaborating with multiple functions including, but not limited to, Production, Supply Chain, Product Management, Research, Sales, and Technical Service, you will work to develop a robust technology portfolio.
Your working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes will be useful as you identify improvement opportunities, develop and execute a plan to achieve them in a cost-effective and timely manner.
