Reporting to the Market Access Manager, South Pacific, this position based in Melbourne or Sydney will be responsible for reviewing and implementing Rockwell Automation's System Integrator (SI) program across the South Pacific region aligned with the South Pacific Market Access strategy to support accelerated, profitable growth through the various SI communities.
The System Integrator Program Manager will ensure the existing SI program is focused on driving value and growth for both Rockwell Automation and its SI partners. As required, review the SI program and sales support strategy in consultation with key stakeholders to consistently meet and exceed the regions goals. Influence and coach internal Rockwell and Distributor sales staff to help create value of the program from an SI perspective. Help create market demand by developing and implementing co-marketing programs with the SI and distributor partners.
Develop a clear strategy in conjunction with market access lead and Rockwell Automation's authorised distribution network to ensure the integrity of supply chain and channels to market for Rockwell Automation products.
Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry
Demonstrated ability to drive change within a large matrix sales organization
Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal/external management
Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous
Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans
