The Director of Supply Chain will lead and manage the development and expansion of the Framebridge Supply Chain. The Leader will be responsible for hiring, talent development, source identification and contracts, as well as internal processes and controls. The Director of Supply Chain will lead the processes of Material Planning, Plant Scheduling, Sourcing of Direct and Indirect Materials, Inventory Control, Shipping, Warehousing, and Logistics Management. The Director of Supply Chain will enhance factory performance though flexible sourcing agreement that will ensure high quality, on-time delivery, and cost controls throughout the supply chain. The Leader will enhance the credibility of operations through continuous improvement actions which will be driven through Kaizen events in the supply chain.

Expertise in contract development including annual productivity process.
Experience in implementing diverse business processes including cycle counting, material planning, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
Proficiency in executing logistics management processes and contracts.
Design, develop, and implement a road map for managing company supply and fulfillment processes.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Degree in Business or Engineering.
Experience in Lean and / or Six Sigma
Experience in delivering performance management feedback
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement activities.
Demonstrated excellence in developing an integrated supply chain.
Lean Certified, or Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar experience (Toyota Production System,etc.)
Experience in leading a supply chain within a premier manufacturing business.
Experience in a fast-paced consumer business
