Qualifications REQUIRED -Bachelor degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Significant Business and systems analysis experience. -Project coordination and management experience. -Detailed knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other tools in Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED -Academic institution or large integrated health system experience. -Experience with Financial, Compliance, Health Information Management, Administrative, Identity Access Management, Human Resources, Payroll & Supply Chain applications or functions. -Relevant Business Analysis certification or training. -Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals to secure and/or provide information to clarify situations, resolve problems, and negotiate services and/or agreements. -Strong foundational knowledge of user applications and underlying technologies (servers, storage, databases, etc.)

Responsibilities The Business Systems Analyst (Business Systems Analyst 3) is responsible for business and systems analysis, testing, implementation and ongoing management of key IT initiatives. Initiatives include the assessment and management of projects related primarily to Finance, Compliance, Health Information Management (HIM) and Administrative applications which could include both vendor-supported and custom applications. The Business Systems Analyst may also work on IT projects associated with Identity Access Management, Human Resources, and Payroll and Supply Chain applications.
