We are seeking a self-motivated, intelligent, puzzle-loving problem solver who wants to help nonprofits use technology more efficiently. Above all else, you must be passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service. As a consultant, you will own the client onboarding and training process from beginning to end, helping new clients make a smooth transition from their previous fundraising and/or donor management systems to NeonCRM. You will also get to work with current clients to ensure they are implementing best practices and using NeonCRM to its fullest potential. This position is ideal for nonprofit development and administrative professionals who are looking to change careers but still want to help nonprofits meet their missions.
Serve as the onboarding project leader, taking responsibility for the overall success of new client implementations of NeonCRM products and integrations
Review and analyze client data, conduct data consultations with clients, and prepare data import rules for our software engineers
Lead live web-based product training webinars
Contribute to the continued development of our training curriculum
Develop extensive working knowledge of our products

1+ years in a training or teaching role, with ability to convey technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as VLOOKUP
Experience working in a SaaS environment or with a similar CRM platform
Proficient with CiviCRM, Raiser's Edge or Salesforce highly preferred
Strong customer service background
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
The position is based out of Chicago, IL and remote work arrangements will not be considered.
