We're looking for a Product Director to lead our product team, and own the technology roadmap for existing and new products.

You've led product teams in complex environments before, and have developed frameworks for organizing masses of data, stakeholder and customer feedback into cohesive, succinct product roadmaps and vision. Hire, mentor, motivate and inspire product managers and help them maximize their potential. Be their sounding board and assist them in solving tactical as well as strategic challenges.
Create a holistic view of our products around our customers. Align and consolidate where appropriate, differentiate where needed.
Collaborate with our user research team to gain a deep understanding of our customers so we can deliver simple, seamless experiences for them
Gain a deep understanding of the complexity of real estate across the ecosystem (investors, businesses, brokers, co-working, etc.)
Define, track and use objective, measurable KPIs for initiatives success (and failure).
Collaborate with engineering and design leads to ensure we set the right amount of process to keep us productive without compromising the entrepreneurial spirit we value
Identify new opportunities where technology and human-centered design can bring value, get stakeholder buy-in and lead these efforts to delivery
Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders. Educate them on tech, design and lean concepts to build support and understanding of modern tech processes and philosophies. Be a passionate, vocal advocate for CBRE Build and the value we deliver.
5+ years as a Senior Product Manager overseeing multiple products in the B2B SaaS space
An appreciation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to adapt and customize them as needed
Fast to learn and able to get a broad understanding of an ecosystem
Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, business or an equivalent work experience
Experience with data visualization, specifically with maps
FinTech or real estate experience
Experience with jobs-to-be-done and/or design thinking methods
Experience with lean experiments
Experience with product marketing
