To oversee the running of the office of the Global Head of Strategy, Governance & Core Compliance
To provide administrative and diary support to Global Head of Strategy, Governance & Core Compliance
Ability to support more than one MT Member simultaneously if needed
Point of Liaison and to manage internal and external stakeholder calls and appointments, and relevant committee meetings
Close coordination with Global Head, Compliance and Compliance Management Team offices
Provide general administrative support: telephone calls, RMS requests and annual leave requests
Ensure availability of relevant papers / documents in advance of meetings
Ensure effective communication and confidentiality is maintained at all times
Calendar management across local and global stakeholders; coordinating meetings and events
Ensure meetings are prioritised, run to time, so that the Manager is able to fulfil meeting commitments, and ensure that adequate time is set aside to complete key deliverables prior to / between meetings.
Effective stakeholder management where meetings need to be delayed / postponed
Preparation of travel itineraries, booking flights and transfers, hotel booking and other facilities, handling visas applications etc, in line with SCB travel policies.
Preparation and processing of travel and expense claims.
Financial and resource management administrative support
Timely and accurate verification and processing of invoices and expense claims.
Provide administrative support in ordering on e-procurement, prepare claims for reimbursements of business expenses
Prompt escalation of issues to line manager.
Effective communication with and management of key stakeholders, both internal and external, building trusted and positive relationships to exceed expectations.
Effective partnering with other PAs and other support staff in country, region and the broader network, to share knowledge and expertise, and assist with resolving issues

Resilient under time pressure and in dealing with complex issues
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
Strong administrator and organiser
Numerate and able to present data/information empirically
