Summary: Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhancesupply chain processes. Responsible for assembling data, identifying problems,and developing recommendations that support supply chain management planningand operations. Supports Supply Chain leadership initiatives to improvequality, cost, delivery and engagement.
Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or arelated field. Master's Degree (preferred).
2+ years of inventory planning, inventory analysis,inventory forecasting, supply chain analysis or planning, distributionplanning, or a similar function, preferably in healthcare.
Good understanding of hospital supply chain operations preferred.
Strong analytical skills specifically around analyzinghistorical trends, data mining, and handling large datasets using Infor/Lawson,Microsoft Excel, Macros, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, SQL, Access, orTableau.
Detail oriented and high-energy, with strong organizationaland time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, withstrong initiative and minimal guidance. Excellent written and oral skills.
Work across departments and have the ability to see the"big picture."
Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems,preferably Infor/Lawson.
