The Role Responsibilities
The Project Manager is expected to manage the below stream of work to support delivery of the IBOR Programme : Project Responsibilities
MI and reporting Workstream
Bridge between Project team and the Business
Reconcile the deals and to ensure the number of clients booked under LIBOR / HIBOR / anything IBOR related are reducing over a period of time
Ensure cross-product elements of deals are addressed appropriately
Awareness and Engagement Strategy
Client outreach and communications are correctly drafted, and not sent to client more than once
Internal training and awareness
Work with Project team for putting together the FAQ for RMs and Clients
Transition Planning - Processes and Systems
Ensure all the process impacting GB/CB/CF are updated with the changes
Providing support to Systems team where required
The Project Manager would provide constant update to risk committees under GB/CB/CF on the status of the IBOR project and escalate where required.
Review resource needs across group/region/country on an ongoing basis
Represent the team in internal / external forums related to the IBOR programme
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Very good knowledge of Lending products used across GB/CB/CF
Ability to clearly articulate messages to audiences across a wide range of geographies, functions, seniority levels, and mindsets
Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization
Able to look at issues holistically and to propose effective solutions that exhibit sound judgment, risk management, and business understanding
Resilient and tenacious, able to deliver amidst ambiguity and tight timelines
