Warehouse Worker - Amherst, NY (1902565)
This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor for the WBA business. This position is responsible for providing shipping, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and data entry services for finished goods, inventory control, and material location transfers.
Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pick and pack orders safely, accurately and securely for shipment to our customers, following established guidelines and practices while always looking to improve the process.
Safely operate powered industrial forklift to transport inventory.
Respond to customer service and other external department inquiries regarding order requirements and/or fulfillment issues.
Maintain inventory levels for accuracy using regular Cycle Counting program.
Satisfactorily complete all computer-based and site-specific training requirements and operate within all ISO standards pertaining to the site including, but not limited to, Control of Documents and Quality Policy.
Maintain a safe work area for self and others and ensure proper housekeeping is sustained throughout the work day.
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as business dictates, including overtime when required.
Will learn and follow standard operating and safety procedures.
Will learn quickly and function in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Motivated to succeed as an individual and willing / able to work independently and with team members to maintain high customer service level for accuracy and detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

Must have a valid driver's license.
1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
SAP knowledge preferred
Material handling experience (forklift and / or tow motor) preferred
