Post-Graduate Rotational Programs:
Genentech hires top MBA graduates for two-year rotational programs in Finance, Commercial, Pharmaceutical Technical Operations, and Process Development (Manufacturing).
Rotational assignments provide new hires with real-life work experience, challenging business assignments and training in both technical and leadership skills.
During the two-year program, we offer six to twelve-month rotational assignments in the following areas:
Rotations may include temporary relocation to the Roche Corporate Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
Summer Intern Qualifications:
To qualify for an MBA internship, you should be enrolled in an accredited business school program and have four to six years of work experience in at least one of these disciplines:
Sales and Marketing
Global Pharma Procurement
Pipeline and Portfolio Planning
Ideally, we hire people with prior work experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or healthcare. We frequently offer our interns full-time opportunities once they’ve completed the MBA Program.
Rotational Program Qualifications:
Master's in Business Administration within the last two years
3-4 years of work experience prior to graduate school in finance, operations, marketing, supply chain management, biological sciences, consulting or medicine development.
Prior work experience in biotechnology, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
Demonstrated leadership and strategic skills
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a good grasp of financial management concepts
