Part-time Faculty to be a section lead for SCM 755, Lean Six Sigma (3 credits). Online course.
Students will learn the six sigma process-improvement approach focused on quality, reliability and value to customers. Skills include techniques from the define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) approach. Lean concepts from supply chain management are introduced.
MBA@Syracuse section leads will conduct a 90 minute synchronous or live section each week with 15-20 students at the same time each week for 10 weeks. Course is offered in October 2018 and April 2019. The tentative live session dates are as follows:
*October 4- December 12, 2018
*April 4- June 12, 2019
Each followed by a week of final exams
