*NOTE: Salaries for internal candidates are determined by the State of New Jersey and AFT, AFL-CIO Agreement and will follow promotional calculations as outlined in the bargaining unit agreement.
This is a full-time, Unclassified, AFT position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Note: This position is in the “NL” category of employment (non-fixed work week) and have no claim or entitlement to time off or cash compensation for hours worked beyond their normal schedule. However, unusual requirements for additional work time by these employees may be compensated by allowing roughly comparable amounts of time off, provided prior approval is given by the supervisor and Unit Head.

Reporting to the Director of the MBA Program, Anisfield School of Business (ASB), coordinate College services in support of ASB graduate student population and organize, plan and direct activities in support of the ASB Graduate Program Directors.
Support the ASB Graduate Program Directors in administering the ASB Graduate Programs, including recruitment, event scheduling, and interfacing with ASB Faculty and external stakeholders.
Establish liaison between the ASB graduate students and the College offices including Graduate Admissions, Registrar, Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid, etc. Assess student issues/needs and follow through to resolution utilizing College services on behalf of ASB graduate students during daytime working hours. Be on campus to respond to student inquiries on class nights (typically Tuesday and Thursday evenings).
Manage recruiting activities including the scheduling of graduate program Advisor and Information Sessions, applicant interviews and class visits, data tracking, etc.
Plan, coordinate and implement on-going and special events for ASB graduate students including orientations, networking events, workshops, graduation dinner and weekly class nights. Represent the College at recruiting events as required.
Prepare and compile all necessary materials for ASB graduate programs, including Orientation and Capstone Handbooks.
Arrange all aspects of student travel for international immersion trips, including airfare and lodging, securing visas, assisting faculty, and preparing faculty reimbursement paperwork. Plan, coordinate and implement the Annual China Reception.
Prepare, administer, and monitor the ASB graduate program budgets in conjunction with the Graduate Program Directors, coordinating with the College Budget Office and Enrollment Management, and interfacing with software systems including Banner, Adaptive Insights and Slate.
Input all MBA classes into Banner. Prepare Registrar paperwork for class changes and adjunct hires. Coordinate graduate class calendars with Registrar, Office of Student Accounts and Financial Aid departments
Track graduate student progress towards fulfillment of program requirements.
Assist ASB Graduate Program Directors and faculty in gathering, analyzing and presenting assessment data.
Assist the ASB Graduate Program Directors on special projects as needed.
Maintain and update content for ASB graduate program websites and social media sites, including all recruiting events and program details.
Conduct research on business school industry trends, programs, student services and delivery mechanisms - identify new and emerging opportunities.
Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Two years of experience as an administrator in higher education providing direct support services to graduate students
Evening Hours: Flexibility to work evenings when ASB graduate classes are in session

Ability to speak in public and promote the ASB graduate programs to potential students and employers. Ability to craft professional correspondence.
