Under limited supervision, develops and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, revenues, margins, and/or other analysis in In support of sales/solutions strategies that create value for FedEx. Plans, analyzes, develops, coordinates, maintains, and/or executes sales plans, projects, and/or programs. Leads peer analysis in sales and/or solutions, making recommendations to upper mgmt. works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions. Uses advanced computer modeling, databases, tools and/or other approaches in analyses. Programs computer models at the direction of manager independently attends meetings that may include upper management and are cross-functional. Exhibits advanced knowledge of business etiquette/processes. May mentor less senior staff.
Under limited supervision, develops quantitative analysis for Sales to help grow profitable revenue for the WWS segment.
Supports Sales and the Sales Support org with long and short term enterprise initiatives.
Under limited supervision, provides strategic, analytical and process support to Sales.
Leverages advanced data analytic and strong FedEx service offerings knowledge skills to develop scenarios and present the economic value analysis of FedEx Solutions to customers, internal business partners, and management.
Analysis may include aspects of pricing, strategy, supply chain impacts, value quantification and value proposition.
Other areas of support may include analytics on customer spend, transit analysis, and solutions development.
Develops recommendations for moderately complex sales opportunities and problems.
Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions.
Uses advanced computer modeling, databases, tools and/or other approaches in analyses.
Programs computer models at the direction of manager.
Independently provides project management and collaboration for cross-functional teams that may include upper management.
Pay Band: SK Domicile: All U.S, Cities will be considered. Relocation will not be considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field. Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management. Able to work on multiple assignments concurrently. Demonstrates advanced skills with business software. Knowledge of third and fourth generation computer languages, SAS, or RDBMS. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills.
