Position Summary: The incumbent provides high-level administrative, organizational and analytical support for the Procurement and Contracting Department. Incumbent is responsible to independently organize and manage specific processes and information, coordinate the exchange of confidential and complex information between internal or external constituents and to research and provide information in a timely manner necessary for the Department to make critical operational decisions. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and performing all duties relating to procurement transactional operations, as well as assisting with data collection, data entry and report generation. The incumbent provides a wide range of administrative and analytical functions (data collection, problem analysis and resolution, systems analysis, etc.) in support of the Procurement and Contracting Department.
