The Role Responsibilities
Main trader for Andean FX market making activities, trade will be responsible for pricing and risk management of the books as well increasing SCB market share on the Andean Rates Market.
Actively participate in the market in order to provide the best possible pricing to our customers while strictly adhering to the banks and regulatory frameworks.
Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role
To provide an accurate and timely product pricing services to sales staff in order to meet customer needs at competitive prices and to effectively manage the risk for customer transactions.
To manage the transaction and/or portfolio based risk generated in trading by measuring the risk and adhering to the defined risk management rules and processes.
To enhance SCB's reputation in the local and international markets through personally demonstrating a high level of professionalism and developing mutually beneficial working relationships with agents, advisors, counterparties, etc.
To share relevant market customer and counterparty intelligence with colleagues in the SCB network in order that the Group derives maximum benefit from its networking potential.
To work with Latam and FX team to build a scalable and sustainable Financial Markets franchise that services both our customers in the Americas and the SCB network.
