Revenue management focuses on setting the car rental rates so we can optimize our fleet to maximize profitability.
Fleet Management works hand in hand with Revenue Management to monitor the complex network of our fleet ensuring we have the right car at the right place at the right time.
Marketing manages our customer experience and loyalty programs (Gold Plus Rewards, Ultimate Choice, Dollar Rewards). Brand Marketing utilizes analytics to ensure we can maneuver within our market share effectively, while measuring the performance of our advertisements.
Finance partners with business stakeholders to understand operations and explain key financial drivers, provide accurate reporting on both revenue and expenses, and create annual budgets aligned with business objectives.
Human Resources drives and supports the human capital strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy. HR professionals manage the day to day activities in employee relations, compensation, labor relations, benefits, talent acquisition, training and succession planning. They also act as an advocate of employee/manager relationship and ensure consistent discipline practices and legal compliance.
