The Manager of Dealer Success (MDS) will play the central role in helping our channel partners succeed as Brivo resellers. This position acts as a champion, advocate and guide to help us develop a high value relationship with Resellers and make sure that their customer experience is second to none.
The MDS will create a welcoming and exceptional experience for Brivo Reseller prospects to begin their journey as a Brivo Authorized Reseller. The MDS holds overall responsibility for creating programs, incentives, and tools that will enhance their Reseller experience and their ability to succeed. The MDS's single-minded purpose is the success and growth of each and every Brivo Reseller.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the MDS will be responsible for improving Reseller onboarding, co-marketing, sales skills, and technical training to help them grow to their full potential. This will include the analysis of sales trends in target markets and the development of market-specific plans for Reseller recruitment and development. The MDS will interact directly with Resellers to establish a high level of understanding of their businesses and shape programs that will increase the adoption of Brivo solutions.
Drive higher revenues and satisfaction via improvements to the Reseller experience
Develop compelling new Reseller recruitment and onboarding programs
Coach and mentor new Resellers from initial onboarding to self-sufficiency
Improve the Reseller experience across all touchpoints
Coordinate cross-departmental programs to ensure quality and consistency of Reseller interactions
Develop and manage sales and service training and certification programs
Develop professional relationships with key channel personnel (executive owners, sales management, operations management) to build trust and insight into their business challenges
Collaborate with other stakeholders in the ongoing refinement of our Partner Portal
Provide proactive support to help recruit and onboard Resellers
Track and report on KPIs, including training, programs, product portfolio, and sales enablement
Up to 25% travel required
Bachelor's degree or related training in business, sales, or marketing. MBA a plus.
5 years of relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
Ability to train and explain technical concepts
Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
Desire to contribute to the goals and efforts of the organization
