The Identity Management team is responsible for all aspects of account provisioning as well as SSO, Federation and MFA.
The IAM Analyst is instrumental in ensuring that identity-related business processes (including identity proofing, digital credential management, on- and off-boarding, and access control) operate optimally and evolve to meet the changing needs of the University's mission. Job duties include: ensuring the efficient management of access provisioning processes including the monitoring, measuring, and reporting on those processes. Recommending efficiencies and improvements to access provisioning and identity services, and managing their implementation.
Responsibilities: Understanding the Business Processes being integrated with IdM services.Creating the Use Cases. Ensuring that the customer, developers and stakeholders agree on requirements. Helping to define the architecture, process flows, and monitoring for IdM services. Ensuring proper test cases developed and executed

In-depth knowledge of various areas of IT. Broad knowledge of the IT environment. Specifically identity or directory related technologies, such as LDAP, Grouper, Shibboleth, Active Directory, or Sailpoint identity management products.
Proven knowledge of business and process analysis functions. Knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs. Specifically with regard to on- and off-boarding, access provisioning, and auditing
Demonstrated skills associated with programming design, modification and implementation. Advanced knowledge of secure software development. Demonstrated ability to create software specifications
Advanced knowledge, skills and abilities associated with system problem identification and resolution. Knowledge necessary to design, set up, operate and correct malfunctions involving technology systems.
Demonstrated experience in incident response and digital forensics, including data collection, examination and analysis.
Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
Knowledge of test application code in client server environment
Professional experience with Service Management, especially within the ITIL framework
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, preferably green or black belt attained.
Employee must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Employee must be available to travel as required.
