About Palliative Medicine Consultants of Hospice & Community Care
Hospice & Community Care is dedicated to providing care and comfort to help patients and families live better with serious illness. This mission gives us the opportunity to do what we love: care for patients and families in need. We are a great place to work because we understand that the work we do helps make a tangible difference in the lives of others. Our medical staff is a big part of that!
The difference between Hospice & Community Care and other healthcare providers is our staff. We care for our employees the same way that we care for our patients and families... by going the extra mile, being dedicated to excellence in all we do, and by performing in a manner that makes people proud to work here, and happy to stay.
