The IT Business Office provides human resources, administration, and financial support to ITS staff and management as well as billing customer service and software distribution to the campus community. It consists of several units - Administration, Finance, IT Procurement, Software Distribution and Inventory Management.
This position reports to the Business Operations Manager of the Financial Management team in ITS. Primarily responsible for supporting the financial and client needs of the following units within ITS: Classroom Technical Support, Media Event Support and Audio-Visual Design and Installation.
Primary duties involve a wide array of fiscal support services to ensure the financial health of the units, as well as serve as the primary liaison between customers and technical personnel providing consultation and guidance to clients. Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable services. Participate in the annual budgeting and fiscal close processes, as well as ad hoc projects. Provide backup support to the Financial Management team in terms of general fiscal operations and analysis.
Employee must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Employee must be available to travel as required.

A Bachelor's Degree in related; and/or equivalent experience/training.
Working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures. Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex financial data and written material, and effectively communicate the results to a variety of personnel at various levels.
