We're looking for a Journey Lead to:
take on entrepreneurial responsibility to deliver an end-to-end client journey
design the future digital support of our UBS GWM value chain
ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change
involving best experts from across the bank, incl. IPS, CSO, CIO, MM&D and liaising with IT
apply agile methodology during design and implementation
support cultural change towards a continuous improvement mind-set
Your team You'll be working in the Omnichannel Management team in Zurich focusing on digitizing the core of GWM based on the Wealth Management Platform across European and Asian locations. Defining our future client and client advisor channel franchise as well as the underlying Data & Analytics capabilities strongly contributes to our future service model. Working in an agile collocation space with experts from across the bank provides an inspiring personal growth environment.
Your experience and skills
ideally at least ten years line or project management experience
be a hands-on lead and help the team deliver
agile methodology experience
good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills
able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
experienced in change programs
an excellent command of written and spoken English
knowledge of the banking business and banking processes considered an additional asset
