The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
To contribute to the success of the function and delivery of the Property Performance Scorecard by leading and driving the continuous improvement, through increased adoption of change in Property. Influence by aligning with the Property ecosystem, championing change through end to end process challenge, driving cross-siloed projects, encouraging ownership at the factory floor through the retained team & supply partner. Championing Property ideation to exponentially change the Bank.
To lead change management adaptation in the East Region across property and across the bank to meet client needs, acting as the Scrum master for Property challenges. Champion definition of problem statements and facilitate change management delivery.
Build an environment where problem statements can be identified.
Guide teams in process improvement to achieve optimum productivity.
Orchestrate execution of challenges with a cross functional view of the core capabilities of the broader organisation.
Break down silos, enable collaborations across organisational boundaries and provide product owners (CHoPs/ SME) to develop the right solutions.
Responsible for programme management and accountable for the collection of data & translate into actionable business insight; facilitate the socialisation of this data to enable understanding and impact.
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate cultures & values. Set appropriate tone and expectations with stakeholders and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Develop the framework to support the function to build the right capabilities, equipping them with the skills, tools, and workflow to standardise the approach to achieve functional excellence. Help develop a value creation opportunity to tackle real work business solutions.
Strengthening control around risk and assurance technique by removing layers, increase transparency around what is happening and preserving technical competency.
Manage Property adherence to group-wide top risk programmes.
Programme risk, issues, dependency identification
Challenge & support continual improvement to the Property Process Universe and associated assurance & performance programmes
