The Role Responsibilities
PLANNING & CONTROL
Support the development, evolution and maintenance of the Quality of Case Execution performed by FCSU & FCC Controls and Country teams.
Support the development and Maintaining appropriate Mentoring Programmes.
Support and draft where applicable and otherwise contribute to the generation and maintenance of relevant Guidance and DOIs as pertaining to FCSU and In-Country FCC Controls processes (AAA).
People & Talent
Support the continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to quality and efficiency, led by the AAA Excellence team, Regional Heads, FCC Controls and the FCSU Function Heads.
Support FCSU Team Leads and Regional Controls Teams to maintain the content of the FCC Controls training plan for FCSU and In-Country FCC Controls processes (AAA) and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles.
Support the QCO team (both AA & Act) in building and maintain the knowledge and expertise of the QCO Teams
Provide pro-active input to Head Case Excellence on Country & FCSU Quality Issues and concerns including country-specific Regulatory & Audit emerging findings.
Work with In Country FCC Teams to mitigate the risks posed by adverse Quality escalations
Support the coordination of production of high-quality guidance to inform the AAA process and contribute to Case Excellence
Delegate to the Quality Fora
Risk Identification, Monitoring, Mitigation and Reporting
With the Head of Case Excellence, take ownership of and timely escalate any Case Execution Quality issues detected by 1 st line testing QCO, 2 nd FCC Assurance testing and 3 rd line GIA testing
Support countries on Case Execution Quality issues.
GOVERNANCE & PROCESSES
Reinforce an effective and exemplary risk and control culture and further improve the quality of case execution.
Foster the right culture and relationship between the group, the regions and countries to ensure issues are escalated to the right function in a timely fashion
Management structure of the function
Support the Head, Case Excellence as delegate as required
Support the organisation and management of FCC Professional Excellence
Become the central coordination point and the go to point for any FCC Case Execution Quality related questions where needed and facilitate an ongoing connection of the regions
Act as delegate for the development of all Case Execution papers going to the SEF and manage any matters arising as pertaining to Case Execution
