Provides technical and coordination oversight of IT service and operation issues. Works with other functions in IT to diagnose and trouble shoot issues which could be in our applications systems or infrastructure areas.
Oversees progress and performance on all support problems including the identification of potential issues and recommended solutions and alternative courses of action. Functions with a broad technical skill level in order to provide support across the business. Assists others with prioritizing work and technical problem resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major preferred. • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience required • Advanced Knowledge of:
- Office 365, Exchange Online, OKTA - VMWare 6.x and VMware suite of products - Dell PowerEdge Servers, Chassis, I/O Modules - Network and storage platforms, technologies, protocols, load balancers (Cisco, Checkpoint, F5)
• Experience in large enterprise class environments.
• Experience with managed service providers
