The ideal candidate will work with the Rockwell Automation Information Software Consulting Team by providing support that helps sell and deliver both business and technical consulting that assists customers in maximizing their return on investment by implementing solutions and projects to improve their manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will make important contributions to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. Expectations of this role include gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will help implement those recommendations with client team members.
Assist the sales consultants with their consultative "Connected Enterprise" engagements
Support lead consultants on client projects and completing deliverables as appropriate
Develop financial and operational analysis and processes. Generate reports and provide appropriate interpretations.
Monitor various aspects of a business. Present solutions and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders. Assist as execution requires.
Help identify clients' needs and develop future plans. Work with clients' teams to execute the plans to achieve great financial result.
Report project status to internal and external team members
Set-up and facilitate workshop engagements to develop a detailed understanding of customer requirements and associated MES and Industrial Information Management capabilities
Assist in the development of proposals for each client and the successful completion of the sales process
Possess financial acumen, operational knowledge of manufacturing processes, business metrics
Provide support in communicating design solutions by developing presentation and in written form which may be the basis of the roadmap
Perform administrative tasks in a time sensitive manner
Analyze, quantify, and document the client's manufacturing needs and requirements. Assist clients in utilizing industry standard tools and manufacturing information to solve business problems
Continuously expand breadth and depth of manufacturing operations knowledge *
