Established in 2001, the CIO Program is the foundation of the Heinz College Executive Education programs. Focused on an interdisciplinary approach to information and technology management, the program is designed for busy executives (CIOs, CTOs) with IT oversight responsibilities looking to be more effective and impactful in their leadership roles. In the program, participants will learn the skills they need to be a successful CIO through targeted interdisciplinary coursework and hands-on practical application, led by world-renowned faculty from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and industry experts.

Future of Enterprise Architect Adjunct must present virtual sessions for live, synchronous delivery once a semester.
Future of Enterprise Architect Adjunct will create content that provides the foundational understanding of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) plan and how that plan can be used to drive organizational change. Key topics covered as part of this session include EA foundations, approaches, controls, governance, assessment, architecture organization, business models vs. operating models, analyzing impact, and metrics.
