Department Name: H5000: CHANDLER - RETAIL PHARMACY
Serves as the Drug Shortage Specialist, Pharmacy Supply Chain Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management and Analytics, Drug Recall Coordination across the UKHC Enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations; knowledge of clinical team structures and workflows; and knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare related regulations and standards.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
PGY1 and/or PGY2 Residency in Med Safety, Administration, or equivalent experience.
