The primary focus of the Global Connected Services business is to develop and control the performance of both the Networks, Infrastructure, and Security Services (NSS) and Safety segments that make up the of the Connected Services (CS) global business. The delivery leader will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the P&L performance, accurate forecasting, developing the full year financial and resource plan, project execution, and global delivery standards. This position will also be responsible for achieving aggressive growth, monetizing new services and capabilities, achieving continuous improvements on current and new processes.
This position is responsible for the global CS segment P&L with total annual revenue of $100M+.
This position can sit in any location, globally, within close proximity to an international airport.
Responsible for the segment P&L of the Global Connected Services business that includes the revenue and all associated direct/indirect and selling costs of the regions.
Responsible for the operation excellence and customer satisfaction of delivered services
Responsible for the operation of the Global Connected Services business, including: Pre-sales support, Project Management, Service Delivery Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Competency.
Interact with the sales force and customers to sell the products and services and implement procedures to deliver those products and services.
Interact with Connected Services Portfolio Management to launch new products and services to all the regions.
This position has direct reports: Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Engineers.
Responsible to guide, coach and develop key talent for Consulting, Project Management and Support Services.
Ensure adequate resources are available in all regions to meet the on-going demands in conjunction with the strategic plans and long-term goals of the Connected Services business.
Serve as a champion for the new Rockwell integrated product and services growth initiatives.
Takes an active role in sales calls and large account presentations, proposal management, and review.
Create and drive the critical success measurement within the regions with comprehensive, consistent KPIs to achieve and measure success of the business.
Align regional delivery capabilities, roles, performance metrics and competency plans.
Participate in identifying and implementing inorganic growth plans aligned with the Global Connected Services business.
Responsible for the development and implementation of global standards including customer documentation, quality control documentation, communication plans and other required deliverables.
