What you will do As a Supplier Controls Manager, you will be responsible for leading Supplier Controls activities and process improvement initiatives within the Stryker Spine franchise. You will work closely with local, divisional and corporate stakeholders in the development of Supplier Controls systems, tools, policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fully understood and implemented. You will also be responsible for the development, revision, maintenance and inactivation of procedures ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines for purchasing controls and supplier management. Additionally, you will implement strategy for supplier controls, procurement and strategic sourcing processes and procedures in coordination supplier quality teams and the corporate supplier controls team.
