Develop and provide regular analysis and reporting of spend, savings, and contract utilization. Responsible for preparation of reports for various areas within Procurement & Payment Services.
Perform spend analytics which encompasses suppliers and spend categories in order to uncover sourcing opportunities, eliminate gaps and potentially consolidate sources. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as non-compliant/off-contract spend, category spend drivers, realized savings, etc. to benchmark activities and identify changes in the marketplace. Develop dashboards related to various procurement topics, i.e. top/underutilized suppliers, spend by categories, spend on Procurement card, contract usage, etc. Prepare various required reports for HUB Program, Disbursements and Procurement. Work with Disbursements and HUB Program to review progress assessment reports associated with procurement subcontracting plans and payments. Perform ad hoc analysis/reporting as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience. At least two (2) years of experience in an analytic role. Basic knowledge of, and experience with, analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and filters.
Experience working in a higher education setting, or a supply chain management environment. People-soft familiarity. Excellent customer service experience. Ability to prioritize workload and work independently. Standard office equipment. Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite products. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization and from diverse backgrounds.
