Duties: The Associate Director of Integration, Analytics, & Web Services is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of university-wide data warehouse, business intelligence (BI), data integration, and web services. They will serve as a champion, advisor, and liaison to university partners and key stakeholders for the development and effective use of this suite of services, as well as the primary contact for application vendors and service providers. Additionally, they will coordinate business processes between their area and other ITS teams, and facilitate key divisional processes including incident and problem management, knowledge management, service process design, and performance analysis. The Associate Director will assist the Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations in fostering strong and collaborative partnerships between IT Solutions and greater university community. In support of this goal, they will assist in the design, delivery, and assessment of a portfolio of enterprise application technology services that support and enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative functions. As a member of the IT Solutions (ITS) leadership team, the Associate Director of Integration, Analytics, & Web Services will help lead the division in realizing its mission to “empower an agile, digital university and elevate technology as a strategic institutional asset”. They are expected to work with the CIO and other divisional leaders to drive cultural and technological transformation within IT Solutions and promote a collaborative, human-centered, innovative, accountable, transparent, and inclusive culture within ITS.
