Administer, ship, and coordinate the communication for material movements for assigned production lanes. Execute SAP transactions involved with identification, use, and disposition of material in all inventory categories (raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods). Correct errors and ensure that accurate inventory quantities are maintained and identified in the correct location. Perform as the key interface between technical, supply chain, waste management, production, schedulers, and customer service/accounts to ensure a coordinated, efficient process is used in managing material movements. Close batch cards by resolving material consumption, batch yield discrepancies, and create material transfer orders in SAP.
Yield batches and consume materials during scanner failures, system downtime, and for materials that cannot be scanned.
Investigate any material balances remaining in the material staging category after batch completion and execute necessary system transactions to resolve.
Maintain the production database by entering cycle time, batch size, and tank and package fill details for each production batch.
Manage the site cycle count program for warehouse items, bulk tanks and purchased containers in SAP according to procedures. Execute inventory adjustments during the reconciliation process.
Develop scripts and train associates on proper scanner use. Act as the Primary site contact with IT support.
Gather data for, generate, and distribute month-end reports used by Accounting and other key site leadership and stakeholders.
Manage external supplier for the appropriate disposal of hazardous waste inventory.
Create material movements in SAP's Warehouse Management System to improve inventory location accuracy and achieve "put-away" and shipping efficiencies.
Maintain database of batch card errors by production and logistics associates. Analyze data trends to implement effective countermeasures. Communicate results to site leadership.
Improve inventory accuracy by adjusting yield parameters to reduce cycle count adjustments.
Improve batch sizing accuracy by adjusting yield parameters to show true batch % yields for packages.
Analyze data collected from the scanning report and identify any loads out of the 1% error tolerance. Investigate for root cause and communicate with site leadership, technical resources, and support teams to implement corrective action.
Analyze data for usage variation or errors. Perform root cause analysis and execute appropriate communication. (overages / clingage in containers)
Track monthly 999/111111 storage bin for missing materials and/or materials that are waiting on a usage decision.
The Supply Chain Coordinator must make planning-related decisions in the current overall economic context of the business unit
Develops master shipping plans, all loading schedules, and documentation for shipping in support of internal/external customer service requirements and warehouse efficiencies for manufactured materials.
Oversees communication of any availability, outage, or quality issues during shipping and transit.
Identifies, negotiates, and brings to resolution any transportation imbalances working with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Customer Service, Marketing, and Foreign Trade and make necessary adjustments in the transportation schedule.

Initiate safe work activity in support of site safety program. Facilitate safety meetings where needed.
Back - up to the Supply Chain Coordinator Shipping / Receiving Specialist, will be crossed - trained in both roles.
Participate in root cause investigation and corrective action development

3 years related work experience
