The purpose of this position is to support to provide Procurement support for the Corporate Supply Chain Team and Corporate Employees in the US.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates electronic documents necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
Interfaces with internal customers to provide proactive customer service support.
Works with Suppliers and internal customers to appropriately structure purchase orders and provide training when requested.
Works with AP and Suppliers to get invoices corrected and paid.
Works with offshore support on catalog content and software issues.
Works with Wireless Telecom companies and users to provide wireless services and devices for company paid accounts.
Creation and analysis of basic reports using Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide formal or informal project support and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor ' s Degree Preferred. Associate or Technical Degree or higher in business, information technology or mathematics. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Previous use of electronic procurement/Procure to Pay systems.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
CPSM preferred but not required
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to analyze invoice issues and provide solutions. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Excellent customer service skills.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, tax rates, etc. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Basic knowledge of database design and relational database principles and practices. Knowledge of administration of databases in software development

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
