We are searching for our new colleague SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER .
The Customer Success Manager function provides the right support and strategy to our contractual customers , to make and keep them successful. This role will be the owner of a list of contractual customers and will act as the strategic leader , to ensure the right usage and growth of the contract and service business.
This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. A well-suited candidate will react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them.

Working closely with customer to ensure that the customer continues recognize value from the contract services and demonstrate ways of driving more out of those services
Takes ownership of the Contract and drives the renewal of contracts
Engages the support of all services from within the company to deliver the right proposal
Confidently delivers renewal presentations to a senior level audience and management of the end to end renewal process
Report accurate forecast information to local management
Ensure the delivery of all contractual obligations and ensure these meets agreed timeline
Manage the onboarding of new customer accounts
Present and prepare quarterly business reviews
Expansion of revenue and services delivered to existing customers
Use data to drive productivity and cost savings for the customer
Preparation for monthly internal operational meetings
Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation internal controls
Area of responsibility
Your area of focus will be your home-based country + different country's cross EMEA, however flexibility is required to ensure maximum coverage of our customer base. This area can be extended temporarily or permanently, after notification.
