What will you be doing in this role?
ERP Security Administrator plays a key role in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (Taleo).
Organizes and manages the day-to-day project and business as usual/maintenance activities of security team.
Enables team to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
Performs security implementation and upgrade for all phases of HCM / ERP software development life cycle and sustaining support of security for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (Taleo) Recruitment/Onboarding applications.
Leads cross-functional meetings on implementation, migration, optimization, review of security design for Oracle Fusion Cloud and PeopleSoft. Configures and maintains security in all Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud PODs , PeopleSoft production, test and development environments and instances.
