Manages personnel and the overall supply chain operations for Baptist Medical Center, including ordering, receiving and inventory management.
Oversees most day to day operations of the group which includes leading and directing the work of others.
Actively promotes an environment and culture focused on customer service, safety and cooperation.
Integrates efforts between all parties to provide a seamless flow of product ordering and delivery.
Interaction and communication with customers to ensure needs are being met. Identifies and resolves opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations in order to meet established goals.
Drives on-contract utilization with a continuous push to move off-contract product to on-contract product.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associates Degree from accredited college or evidence of pursuing formal education or appropriate work related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelorï¿½s Degree from accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Business or other healthcare related field,
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years in Chain Supply.1 year in a supervisory role
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Background in OR Supply Chain Management.
