Candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment across a portfolio. Candidate will support maintenance and repair on Sprinkler systems, Fire Alarm system, Hood Suppression systems, Smoke Control systems, Fire Extinguisher's and ancillary fire systems such as Beam Detectors and VESDA systems. Will act as subject matter expert for Fire and Life Safety team and actively mentor team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrated mastery with Siemens and/or Simplex Fire Alarm Panels SME for troubleshooting and maintaining two or more Fire Systems elements including: Sprinkler systems, Fire Alarm system, Hood Suppression systems, Smoke Control systems, Electronic Fire Extinguisher Monitoring systems, Beam Detectors and VESDA systems. Candidate should have the ability to work on low voltage electrical systems.
Candidate should have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and minimum infractions on MVR.
High school diploma/GED -OSHA 10 -Basic electrical system safety -Minimum 5 years fire system/trouble-shooting experience -
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES
Possession of or ability to acquire NICET Certification Licensing for Journeyman should be WA state EL06 or equivalent Page 3 -
