This position is the FM Leader directly responsible for designing, documenting, optimizing and automating the workflows required to perform maintenance and repair work. This position works in concert with the FM LOB Workflow Director to harness our technology investments in work management systems, and optimize work management processes to drive exceptional work delivery outcomes for our clients. There are two main components to this role: optimizing maintenance and repair work flows, and optimizing the technology that automates those work flows.
Practice and Thought Leader:
The primary SME on maintenance and repair work flows, work documentation and workflow data embedded in Work Management Systems (CMMS), whether self performed or vendor performed
Coordinates with many other SMEs to incorporate all stakeholders into work flows, for instance Finance, HSE, Engineering, Call Center, Data and Analytics, Vendor management, etc.
Develops and maintains detailed "technology agnostic" flow charts and process documentation of all maintenance work processes
Leads efforts to optimize maintenance and repair workflows
A key thought leader around automating maintenance processes, incorporating new functionality into existing maintenance processes, and especially around using technology to improve, change or streamline maintenance processes
Deeply engaged along with the FM LOB Workflow Director and D&T to drive the automation (development, modification, and implementation) of CMMS technology solutions
Primary business side ownership for CMMS projects including costs, schedules and product quality. Works closely and constantly with D&T throughout the life of each CMMS technology project.
Constantly communicates CMMS project status to all stakeholders, and takes part in prioritizing projects.
Strong communicator; explains the rationales and importance behind standard FM maintenance and repair processes, and advocates strongly for adherence to standards in the field.
Leads constant documentation of existing work management processes and optimization of processes to improve service delivery

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. MBA Preferred.
