The Director, System Integrator (SI) Partners is responsible for developing new global SI strategy that is focused on recruiting new Information Software SI partners as well as support existing SI partners. This includes defining and rolling out Software as a Service (SaaS) incentive model and benefits to attract and recruit new SI partners and accelerate growth with our software (SW) portfolio in the IoT market. The ideal candidate needs to redefine existing SI program to focus on revenue growth and performance to support regional specific requirements. This leader has responsibility to achieve revenue growth targets through SI partners. The Director SI Partners will drive strategic vision and help define the programs and policies. They will be working with marketing and inside sales team to help drive demand. They will be a change agent to drive change into the regions. They will be working with the Regional Market Access Directors and the regional SI Partner Managers to execute the SI strategy and to recruit, enable and manage SIs in each region. The person is expected to have the ability to work effectively in a complex commercial team environment and work cross functionally.

Develop SI Partner strategy that supports Rockwell Automation's "bringing the connected enterprise to life" strategy
Meet the revenue and market share growth expectations of the company through SI Partners
Develop SI strategy to help Rockwell drive incremental revenue especially for the SW portfolio in the emerging IoT market
Lead the regional SI leaders and teams to execute the SI Strategy
System Integrator Partner Models, Policies and Programs
Defining the SI partnering and commercial models to drive incremental revenue growth in all regions
Define incentive and compensation model for SI partners
Support multiple go to market and selling models
Setting the global guidelines under which the regions will execute their system integrator strategies
Establishing global system integrator policies
Designing SI agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal counsel
System Integrator Partner Development and Management
Overall management of the SI partner program at global level
Ensure execution of SI strategy in all regions
Provide SI recruiting, enablement and management guidance and support to all regions
Review and performance management of top SI relationships with agreed goals, targets and quarterly business reviews
Close collaboration with the Regional Market Access Directors and the Regional SI leaders to drive the growth and performance
