The Role Responsibilities
Lead the team to achieve business objectives and KPI through client contacts by inbound and outbound calls including but not limited to SFC regulated products and General Insurance products
Manage the team to deliver high quality services and deepening client's relationship with the bank, collect client's feedback for continuous improvement
Drive productivity gain thru operation efficiency
Deliver team's commitment on crisis management and minimize customer impact
Resource planning to maintain the standard of service level and maximize productivity
Ensure high quality of service by enhancing staff's skill sets through coaching, mentoring and clinics
Process review to improve workflow design for productivity gain and operation efficiency, considering internal and external environmental changes
Enforcement of Compliance per Bank's guidelines and Code of Conduct to all staffs
Engagement with related stakeholders for "Better Together"
High alertness and reactive to crisis with possible enormous customer impact and with action plan in place
Comply with standard departmental operation instructions
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Conduct staff performance review to ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for the roles
Employ, engage and retain high quality people
Provide feedback and rewards in line with staff's performance against their responsibilities and objectives
Comply with the control requirements in the procedure manuals relevant to respective job responsibilities
To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager
Comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering regulatory, local and group requirements
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Ensure the operation of the team meet with internal control, compliance and audit standards
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
