Key point of contact with business teams and external partner, bringing back requirements and work together with different technical teams to drive solution innovation.
Provide hands on technical implementation services, including end-to-end testing for implementation projects.
Lead the planning, architecture, and implementation of projects, supporting and enhancing existing customer integrations after go-live.
Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
Solution and Service Delivery
Drive and monitor vendors to ensure they follow the required delivery process.
Work closely with internal technical or vendors to build, integrate and deliver local solution/fix for assigned tasks to ensure high-quality delivery.
Direct and control the effective resolution of IT support service requirement with first line support by teams and second line support by intragroup / external vendors & outsourced / offshored partners.
Work with different technology teams (backend core team and front end digital team) and manage other service providers to ensure IT service level agreements meet the business expectations with seamless "one-stop" service to users.
Monitor the performance of local IT infrastructure to ensure that all operating systems and equipment's are operating efficiently.
Manage BAU projects and business process improvements for IT department as well for the organisation by working with cross functional teams as and when required.
Plan, design and implement IT disaster recovery plans that form a component of business continuity planning.
Drive vendors in delivering timely Production fix, UAT support, implementation and service introduction activities to users following the agreed SLA for assigned projects.
University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years IT experience, preferably consisting of more than 3 years of solution engineering /architect experience.
Conversant and knowledgeable on the latest technology innovations and possibilities, understanding how key technologies can help address technical and security issues.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
Familiarity with Scrum/agile process and project management principles.
DB Skills: Basic DB administration experience (Oracle, SQL Server).
