Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We are seeking an Sr. Reports/BI Developer to be part of a team that provides reporting for Risk and Compliance across all levels of the organization.
Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role will be: o Developing Reports and/or Dashboards based on requirements o Participating in Daily Update Meeting o Adhere to team standards, processes, workflows and schedules o Partnering with Business Analysts on providing technical consultation on Business Reporting Requirements o Evaluate reporting requirements to provide feedback and estimates to complete work o Approach development and production issues methodically o Must be comfortable working on multiple, complex issues and projects o Participate in production releases as required

2+ years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Ability to gather end-user requirements regarding reporting needs
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
2+ years of Tableau experience
MS Visual Studio experience
Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers
2+ years of risk and finance regulatory reporting experience
