Directly responsible for supporting and managing AHIP’s line of business applications. Supported applications will include AHIP’s on premise apps, as well as cloud and mobile apps. Will work closely with Information Technology management, Help Desk staff and Manage Service Provider on development, deployment and support of these applications. Position will also be responsible for coordinating user training with vendors or conducting in-house end user training.

Provide End User Support for all IT, Cloud and Web related applications.
Manage user access for various applications (iMIS, Epicor, etc.).
Work with staff to identify areas of improvement in application usage.
Work with application developers and IT management to ensure to ensure applications remain current, optimized and configured using defined best practices.
Solid understanding of Microsoft and Apple Desktop Operating Systems as well as iOS Mobile operating systems.
Familiar with Apple and Google Play Developers Network.
Provide assistance in report generation.
Create and maintain AHIP specific end-user documentation for all supported applications.
Interface with AHIP staff and external vendors to develop, implement, and manage any data sharing between supported application.
Efficiently identify, manage, and solve application issues.
Other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., however may require long hours and weekend work.
No travel is required with this position.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years work experience in IT application support.
Experienced in managing vendor support relationships.
