The Commercial Strategy & Execution Manager provides leadership and vision for system-wide commercial growth-oriented strategic initiatives as a member of the Commercial Leadership team. This role is a strategic individual contributor, leading commercial strategy & execution, who is responsible for influencing critical functions through thought leadership, strategic evaluation of data and research and driving to consistent execution throughout the Support Center and Distributor network. He/She will lead key recommendations to the officer and senior leadership team, by acting as the business partner to the segment, providing analytical rigor and insight on current and future strategic growth initiatives. This role is critical in driving the IB IOF strategy and is a valuable member of the Commercial Leadership Team.
Develop & execute officer-level dashboards and KPI’s. Responsible for increasing system-wide accountability as we work to implement an effective sales culture throughout IB and our extended Distributor network.
Responsible for analyzing market trends, market and financial KPIs and other data to present findings and recommendations to the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and Corporate Officer team
Facilitates planning & execution (P&E) efforts for the Local Sales, National Accounts, Marketing and Revenue Management team. Accountable for all phases of our P&E efforts who works with cross-functional leaders to drive results, execute key gap-closure efforts and perform gamefilms (post audits) that ensure high levels of performance.
Identifies and leads initiatives for Commercial process improvements and standardization.
Consults with SC&O, PRG, & IOT to execute IOF strategies, through a robust working relationship
Bachelor of Business Administration required, MBA preferred
Experience in a consulting role required, top consulting firm preferred
5+ years of professional working experience in an analytical role (consultant, accounting, finance, accounting, or economic)
Strong technical and analytical skills, including financial modeling
Exceptional data visualization and story-telling capabilities (e.g. elective-level decks/presentations)
Comfortable using various systems including SAP, JD Edwards, and other analytical tools
High level of intellectual curiosity
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Solid oral/written communication skills
Attention to detail who is able to leverage a strong business acumen to influence/drive results.
Additional Salary Information: Bonus eligibility of 12%
