Acts as a liaison for technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved using automated systems/tools. Provides assistance in identifying and evaluating,operational processes and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. On-board new Service Level Agreements for New Applications before being deployed to production using the Enterprise tool - Partnerships. Guide the application team with the tool requirements, KPIs, Review and approval requirements, etc.
Manage the Service Level agreements for the LOB CIO application portfolio. The work requires building and maintaining relationships with the CIO teams. On-board new and manage existing SLAs for annual renewal. Create and communicate periodic and ad hoc systems availability reports for Senior management as well as operations risk management with ability to articulate anomalies or out-of compliance instances
Periodic and ad hoc application/system availability metric collection and reporting leveraging existing enterprise systems of records
Annual renewal of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Detecting Partnership Site Functionality and Data issues. Act as a SME for the Partnerships tool, observe and detect any issues following up to report the problem to appropriate system owners. Partner with Availability Management (EACO) and LOB Incident/Problem management teams
Correct any Agreement family or other content errors in the data to make sure that all agreements are aligned to the correct hierarchy levels and orgs.
Create and updating reporting, user, process and other applicable documentation

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
3+ years of data analysis experience

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
