The EHR Analyst/Supply Chain will be responsible for executing and maintaining the system design lifecycle for UK HealthCare's medical and surgical supplies within the new electronic health record and other systems. This includes but is not limited to conducting supply master file item entry and maintenance and supporting the workflow design related to the supply chain. This role is responsible for working across multiple IT applications that are part of the UK HealthCare supply chain lifecycle which would include but not be limited to the new Electronic Health Record, SAP, Lumere, and QSight .
This role will develop and maintain documentation in accordance with service management standards, policies and procedures of the business, system requirements, and changes in workflows. Analysts will actively participate in all phases and activities related to testing, training and activation.
This role will participate in operational and integrated workgroups to assess user feedback, gather requirements for configuration, and will review and maintain all components related to the supply chain. The Analyst will meet regularly with team members and project leadership to discuss the status of deliverables, issues, change communications and updates. Analysts will troubleshoot problems and questions to maintain a defect-free environment. Analysts will collaborate with end-users, vendor representatives, project leadership, and other teams to ensure the design, build, and implementation is successful and meets the needs of the business.

Required Related Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with five years' experience in healthcare, information technology, supply chain and/or materials management.
