We are seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Engineering & Analytics to be a key leader for our Supply Chain Organization .
Be responsible for developing performance metrics for all aspects of the supply chain and managing related performance improvement projects within the Supply Chain function.
Oversee a team of Business Analysts and Data Engineers that build infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and design processes (e.g. SQL, Python) that enable MSK to advance its analytics capabilities and embrace emerging technologies (e.g. Blockchain, Machine Learning).
The Engineering & Analytics Manager will be charged with reviewing processes, and, identifying best practices, cost savings opportunities and performance measures.
The Engineering & Analytics Manager will work cooperatively and collaboratively with other Supply Chain Leaders to re-engineer, optimize, and implement new processes, develop and deliver related training, and document new policies and procedures.
Additionally, the Engineering & Analytics Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting service line performance (financial / operational / quality) against established metrics.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or similar (Masters degree preferred).
At least 5-7 years (8-10 years preferred) proven experience working in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Process Improvement, or similar.
Excellent people management skills.
Cloud computing familiarity is essential (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, and/or IBM Cloud).
Experience with agile methodology and supporting tools (e.g. Jira) strongly preferred.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certifications are a plus.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
