The Sales Enablement Manager will ensure that the MedBridge sales and customer success team is equipped with all of the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve the extraordinary. This position is poised for growth, as our team continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to implement and expand Enablement responsibilities within the company. The ideal candidate will propel the Enablement program to the next level. You will be responsible for new hire onboarding, sales processes and methodology, product and industry training with help from internal SMEs and our team’s continuous development through hands-on coaching.
In this Sales Training & Enablement role, you will:
Develop and implement training strategy, program and curriculum for the sales organization that increases the sales and customer success team’s productivity and performance.
Lead and implement the training, content, processes, practices and tools needed to support the Sales and CS team through the full-cycle buyer’s experience.
Sales Skills & Methodology: Uplevel skills of the sales and CS teams through coaching and 1:1 mentoring with standardized coaching frameworks. Regularly observe team member performance on calls and client communication and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and documentation for continual sales performance improvement.
Onboarding: Optimize the onboarding program for sales and CS to ensure the team is set up for success and to accelerate ramp time.
Product & Industry Training: Collaborate with internal SMEs to enable team to best position the value of our solutions to prospects or client needs.
Tools and Communications: Implement best in class sales enablement tools and training methodologies to engage the team through learning activities and enhance productivity. Keep all collateral and enablement materials accessible and updated.
Partner and build meaningful relationships across the organization to understand the sales and CS organization’s needs, gain buy-in on Enablement plans, and execute enablement strategy.
Knowledge of learner experience and an understanding on how to apply best practices in building scalable content for adult learning
Establish and maintain formal and informal key performance indicators to track effectiveness of sales and CS enablement programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with CS & Sales operations and leadership to curate a high-performance team at all levels of the organization.
2+ years of experience with Sales/CS Enablement
5+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience preferred
2-4 years coaching and/or leading the actual training experience/sales enablement for a SaaS sales organization
Proven project management capabilities
Strong ability to deliver and facilitate training for small and large groups, both in-person and virtually, across a diverse audience base
Strong reputation working with interdisciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Qualities / Skills:
Passion for working with and improving sales people’s productivity, performance and satisfaction.
A go-getter, who can collaborate and drive projects to the finish line.
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Extreme Passion for learning and quick to pick up new concepts/information
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing acumen.
Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
Proven success as a mentor/coach.
