The Role Responsibilities
The FM IBOR Project Manager role for RFR Products/ Models will be responsible to drive the development of new Risk-Free Rate (RFR) Products front to back - working closely with Front Office Trading, Strats, Risk, Technology and Operations.
This is a hands-on project manager role, where the role holder will be expected to plan and deliver needed activity end-to-end, leveraging support as available from both BAU resource and other project members not necessarily under their direct management.
This person will work in close partnership with the bank-wide IBOR transition programme team to successfully deliver the front-to-back changes required for FM. Strategy
Manage RFR Product development and delivery (including related IBOR Fallbacks) end to end, to support transition from IBOR referencing products across the transition period.
Work closely with Trading, Strats, Risk, Technology and Operations in the end to end delivery to support RFR Products - Market Data, Pricing Models, Risk Models, Technology development.
Support stakeholders to identify the impacted product, systems and processes and be a subject matter expert in helping to identify and drive solutions
Ensure detailed remediation plans are in place to address the impacted products, systems and processes, drive delivery of those plans to ensure seamless transition away from IBOR
Assist the business and functions in establishing new booking models, valuation models, data flows, accounting, settlements, governance to ensure Bank's internal readiness to transact trades and Loans referencing Alternative Reference Rates (ARRs)
Ensure Product Governance requirements are met in the course of the transition.
Support/ co-ordinate responses to regulatory requests, including data and business plans
People and Talent
Partner with Trading, Strats, Risk, Technology and Operations.
Work with the Project Management Office and central programme team to ensure proactive communication on status and issues throughout the programme, and manage ongoing governance with the Bank's Project Management Standards
Work effectively within the programme governance to support overall IBOR Transition objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in Financial Markets Front Office global change projects.
Experience in large regulatory change and/or complex front-to-back projects e.g. MiFID II, EMIR/ Dodd Frank Derivatives Reform, Brexit.
In-depth front office product knowledge including technical understanding of Pricing and Risk Models supporting products.
Ability to deal with diverse range of stakeholders across Front Office Trading, Strats, Risk, Technology and Operations in progressing a detailed end to end plan.
Ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to influence people without direct authority.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to successfully drive IBOR transition agenda with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team spread across multiple geographies.
Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not essential.
